• Once again @majornelson and the @microsoft / @xbox gang screwing me over. I can’t use my pre-paid Xbox card unless I renew first #xbox #
• I think I might just be done with #XboxLive. After being repeating hosed by @majornelson and his boys when I’m trying to be a good customer. #
• I’m going to have to file a complaint with the BBB for the way @majornelson and @microsoft_XboX is handling this. Just terrible. #

• @XboxSupport Yeah, multiple times. Tried Xbox.com. I called Billing too and she said I had to pay the $50 if I ever wanted to use it again. #
• @lgladdy No matter which menu option I select on Xbox or Xbox.com it just bumps me to select a payment option. #
• @XboxSupport I did. She told me I have to pay the $50 renewal before I can use my pre-paid card, in essence forcing me to double pay. #
• @majornelson Thanks for the suggestion on @xboxsupport, but ultimately, they had to defer to phone support (which caused the issue). #
• @XboxSupport It does now since I since I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to enter the pre-paid code. #
• @XboxSupport That’s fine, except it doesn’t say that anywhere on the Pre-Paid code box (and is different from most other companies). #
• @XboxSupport I have no problem paying renewal fee but I bought the card for that purpose. Will you refund the card purchase if I pay direct? #
